At Rangoli Atelier, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.

1.RETURN ELIGIBILITYYou can request a return only if :

The product received is damaged, defective, or wrong item (size/color).
The product is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition with original tags and packaging.
You contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video.2. ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
Product purchased during sale/discount offers.
Items that are used, washed, or altered.
Color variations caused by lighting/phone screen (minor differences are normal)
Items without a proper unboxing video from start to end.

3. RETURN PROCESS :

Contact us on WhatsApp or Instagram within 48 hours.
Share order number, unboxing video and clear photo of the issue.
Once approved, send the product back to the return address.
Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer (unless it is a wrong/defective product)

4. REFUND POLICY:

There is no refund policy . The product is defective or wrong it should be exchanged.
